My 3 Step Plan To End Premature Ejaculation The Easy Way - No Drug Needed At All

Premature ejaculation is a nagging problem for men all over the world. Men want to last longer in the bed but premature ejaculate spoils their dream of lasting longer in the bed. PC Muscle Workouts:

If you are not already aware of your PC muscle, the best way to locate it is to urinate, and then to stop the flow of urine. When the flow stops, you have found your PC muscle. Now flex your PC muscle a few times to make sure you have found it. As with any muscle, the PC muscle will atrophy if it's not exercised regularly. Quick Squeese And Slow Squeeze are two methods which help strengthen the PC muscle. In The Quick Squeeze method you just squeeze your PC muscle as tightly as you can and then relax it. In the Slow squeeze you do it by squeezing and hold your PC muscle for a while and then relax. These two methods really work and give your PC muscle a good deal of strength.

Just as with any exercise program, you should start out slowly and build up over time. Start with the lowest number of repetitions and increase the number of reps weekly as suggested. You do not have to do the entire workout at one session. It is just as beneficial to do each exercise in a separate session. However, it is important to do each exercise daily in order to make progress.

1. Relax your muscles

Please do not laugh at this tip. So many men ejaculate prematurely because of anxiety and one good way to beat anxiety is by relaxing your muscles. How do you relax? Well it's by learning how to breathe correctly during sex. As you approach your ejaculation you breathing rate increases. What this means is that you should deliberately breath slowly so that your body does not get all tensed up. You should take deep breaths in and deep breaths out during sex. This helps a lot!!

Balanced Food:

Enjoy eating foods which are nutritious and help you boost your sperm quality. The sperm quality and count has a direct bearing on the nature of food items men consume. Hence, experts suggest that men, who are hoping to father children in the near future, must make it a point to eat a balanced diet that ideally comprises of lots of fruits and vegetables (at least five servings a day), and a minimum of three servings of whole grains and beans, and some nuts daily.

But, it must be kept in mind that vegetables and fruits one is consuming must be organically grown and are free from pesticide residues for the presence of dangerous chemicals could actually decrease the sperm health and count.
