Penis stretching exercises can be performed a number of ways. You can use an extender to assist in lengthening the penile shaft or you can use manual techniques to stretch the ligaments that attach the it to the body. This article will focus on manual exercise and what effect they have on increasing length.
The male genitalia is attached by the suspensory ligament. This ligament holds the phallus close to the body. pulling of the shaft aid to stretch this ligament allowing it to hang further forwards from the body.
